Here’s a music video of one of my all-time fave song and band.
Thirty-Three by The Smashing Pumpkins.
Just felt like bringing back some nostalgic memories in-conjunction of myself turning Thirty Three a few days ago. :)
(By the way, I was at their Singapore Tour concert in 1996, which was by-far the best concert of my life! Hehe. Don’t jealous.)
A Coca-Cola vending machine is transformed into a happiness machine delivering “doses” of happiness. Where will happiness strike next?
When I was twelve, I traded my BMX for a skateboard. That was in 1989 (oh crap, I’m really old!). Anyway, what made me make the switch was a video called Public Domain by Powell Peralta. That video will forever be embedded in my head. Especially Mike V’s part. I wanted to skate just like him.
Here’s a short documentary by Mike Vallely titled Mike V & The Brooklyn Banks. It really captures back those memories. He’s a legend. A true inspiration for skateboarders everywhere.
